Domestic Shipping: WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, is shipped on the next business day provided all the payment and delivery information are correctly provided and stock availability is confirmed. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customization will require additional time and will be shipped accordingly and customers will be initimated with the status of their order at their registered email/mobile numbers.

Replacement/ Return Policy by MISSAA Missaa believes in providing utmost clarity. Returns are only accepted if the goods received are damaged or an incorrect product has been delivered. We do not refund since we value each and every customer and would like to build a relationship with our customers on a long term basis, hence we take this opportunity to provide a better product and make up for the inconvenience caused the first time. Returns are not accepted for the items which are either disliked upon receipt or not upto your satisfaction after receipt of product. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. No returns or replacements will be allowed 24 hours after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above. To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the reason for returning with a picture of the defect within 24 hours of receiving the product.
