Started as a workshop initiative in 2017, we work closely with artisans from varied backgrounds to offer you product as distinct as our customers who are the source of our inspiration and creation. Conceived in Manhattan, Monokrome New York is an Indian brand at heart and celebrates our heritage, our crafts, our signature and bring them to fore globally. Having said that, we do produce all our products in India and take pride in empowering our country and people in our own little way.

SHIPPING POLICY
-Orders once placed are processed within 2-3 days before shipment. -Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days after order processing across India except for Northeastern states, Andaman Nicobar and Jammu Kashmir. Orders to be delivered to these states will take a minimum of 8-10 working days.
REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned to us at our address within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Goods will be accepted if they are received in there original packaging with the tags. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our above terms and conditions.
