*"Neelie Chhatri" is my very own venture into what I call a 'creativenture'! A venture that includes vibrant colours, floral nuances and aesthetically eye-catching art. A venture dedicated in refashioning objects into delightful statement pieces!
*At "Neelie Chhatri", designed pieces are limited edition.
*I also customise products for individuals.
*In the present scenario, two words which most define the venture are, 'Kettlemania' and 'Floralmania'!
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Love to be surrounded by beautiful things! Hence the urge to create beautiful artefacts. Life happened (read marriage n kids) early!! Traversed whole of India in this life's journey as an army officer's wife. Enjoyed nurturing my kids, my students, pets n plants. Now that kids have flown from the nest physically, yet knitted together through technology.... Helped me launch "neeliechhatri"! It's a platform wherein I create aesthetically beautiful artefacts and live my dreams.

SHIPPING POLICY
*The product will be shipped through trusted courier services. Neeliechhatri delivers anywhere within India. Normal delivery takes about 7-10 days.
*Please note that I will provide the tracking number for your order as soon as it is dispatched. You can enter the tracking number on the link of the concerned courier service being used.
*Approximate time for customised order is 12-15 days.
*While utmost care is taken to pack each order personally, however there is no control over handling of the package by the courier services.
*I would encourage shopping multiple items in a single order to reduce the shipping cost.
REFUND POLICY
*Should there be any concern please contact me within 24 hours of delivery!
*Order change or cancellation requests will be considered only before the product is shipped.
* Returns/ cancellation for customised orders will not be entertained.

*Shipping to a third party is possible if you wish your item to be gifted. Please communicate the shipping address. The receipt will be sent to your mail address.
