SHIPPING POLICY
Most ready to ship orders are dispatched within 4-7 days of confirmation. However, made to order products such as Canvases and Wall Plaques may take upto 10 days to dispatch. Delivery time post dispatch varies according to pincode. Transit time could vary from 3 - 7 working days depending on the delivery location.
REFUND POLICY
Incase you have received a wrong item or a defective product please reach out to us within 48 hours post delivery.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Due to handmade processes and the use of natural materials for some of our products, there may be slight variations in the colour and texture of the product. -Our birchwood wall plaques are suitable for outdoor use but we recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight and rain. - Clean the canvases with a dry dusting cloth. Avoid harsh wiping and using a wet cloth as it may damage the hand-painted details.
