SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping for all orders which are pre-paid. Additional shipping charges will be added for orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD). All the applicable charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the final weight and volume of the order placed. The final shipping and delivery charges can be seen at checkout once the shipping address is provided for the order. Our orders will typically be delivered within 72 working hours or 3 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays will not be considered as business days for delivering your orders. As for the delivery of your order, please note that our delivery partners will try to deliver your package three times before they return it back to us. To ensure you get your order on time without any troubles, please provide your full address along with your correct ZIP code, mentioning landmarks, if any.
REFUND POLICY
As mentioned above, we do not offer product returns. If a product is delivered to you in a damaged condition, we shall exchange it for you. If you are not satisfied with the order exchange, we shall cancel the order and offer you credit notes for the same.
