We accept returns/exchange for all products if customer is not satisfied. The following items can't be returned or exchanged 1) Custom or personalized orders 2) Items on sale Please contact us within 5 days. Conditions of return/exchange If the item is not returned in its original condition (unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging and tags) the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. For exchange, the production timeframe would be same as original time required. Only 1 exchange is permitted. Customer will bear the shipping charges associated with return/exchange.
