SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is available all over India as far as the Courier facility is accessible to the particular area. In normal circumstances the dispatch will take place in 1-2 days and try to get the delivery being done in 5-8 working days after the order is placed. It can vary depending on other unavoidable situations like Holidays, Bandh in between or any similar reasons.
REFUND POLICY
Refund option is available for only genuine reasons and need to be requested within 3-5 days after the delivery of the Item.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Customers are advised to pick their Item and place their order only after going through the details of the product so that no later issues occur on their orders. Though the shop try to keep up with the exact product on display, sometimes some minimal changes in tones and specification can happen as its mostly handmade products and even in Pictures the lighting and other things can cause some bit of differences from the exact. Orders placed after 9.00 PM will be attended only on the next day by 10.00AM.
