SHIPPING POLICY
#Currently we ship only in India, shipping is free! #Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. #We use only reputed courier services.
REFUND POLICY
#No refunds, exchange only if received damaged #Product will be exchanged only if received damaged, all requests for return of product have to be placed within 48 hours from the date of delivery and should include picture of damaged product. The request will be processed within 3-4 days unless otherwise notified by us, once we verify your claim. Any request placed post this period will not be processed. #The items being exchanged should have the original tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. #There are no extra return shipping charges in case of exchange, however, the differential amount (if any) will be adjusted in the next order.

All products are handcrafted/handmade and may contain slight irregularities due to the human involvement in the making process; these are not defects and only add to the uniqueness of our products.
