INTRODUCTION
The name Raanga Jhoori is all about a basket full of colours with my handmade art jewellery. It's my passion turned to profession , hence each piece of creation is wrapped up in love, sincerity, peace & utmost efforts for perfection. Though best efforts are maintained for every possible perfection, please allow some irregularities of colour, texture and shape as most of the materials used are natural and sometimes colour difference occur due to colour settings of individual mobile/laptop screen. To maintain the quality of the jewellery it's adviced to keep them away from perfume spray, wipe the sweat after every use, keep them for sometime in open air and store them in selofane or airtight package.

SHIPPING POLICY
All jewellery pieces are carefully checked, suitably packed, and delivered via reputed courier services only. Yet on arrival if the package appears damaged, torn or tampered with, please do not accept the shipment and contact us for further support.
REFUND POLICY
Given the nature of my jewellery, providing a refund or replacement on the change of buyer's mind will not be possible. In a rare event of a wrong product being delivered, please inform the seller within 24hours of delivery with a snapshot of the product with the tag and labels intact and we will be happy to help .
