Project rangamaati is a Grassroot initiative working with Artisans of Bengal to Empower them break free from Exploitation & Poverty by enabling them to achieve financial independence through Sales of their handicrafts and handloom products. Project rangamaati works as a catalyst for impacting producer livelihoods at scale through a commitment to responsible manufacturing and ethical wages. Our framework is committed to making our consumers fully aware of where their products come from, and the impact they have had on creating sustainable livelihoods for its producers, as well as on the planet. We work in natural, craft-based contemporary handicrafts & handloom weaving thus providing rural craft persons a platform to use traditional generations old intangible skills. rangamaati came into being at 2013 ,to create a world where the consumer and the creator are equally important. Our transparent network is committed to ethical, responsible practices at every stage of handweaving and handcrafting Artworks .
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
I am Sanjay Guhathakurta founder of Project rangamaati, a global impact e-commerce initiative founded 10 Years back.
This platform is majorly owned by the most vulnerable producers themselves and works on the " Producer Shareholder" Model and It’s been heartening for me as the Founder, to have the opportunity to leverage my experience of this project for social impact & Sustainability.

SHIPPING POLICY
Ships Through Reputed Couriers only. We have corporate tie-ups with reputed courier companies. Non custom orders are available for immediate dispatch and will ship out on Fridays.
REFUND POLICY
Refund will only be in case of damaged goods received. Once altered or customized the product will be no longer be refundable or returnable. A full refund is available if cancellation is made within 48 hours. A full refund will be issued once the item is returned, unused & undamaged, however, please note that shipping and listing fees are nonrefundable in case the product received is not damaged and matches the product description.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Custom orders take approx 3-4 weeks to complete unless stated otherwise. If you require anything urgently a rush surcharge will incur. Currently, I ship once a week, on Fridays. If you require your item urgently, please contact me so that I can make special arrangements. I will notify you by email once it has been posted. All orders will be shipped to the given address unless otherwise specified.
