SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping in India! We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 7 working days. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
REFUND POLICY
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each RETH piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. If for some reason, you ordered the wrong size and you’d like to exchange them, the return charges are borne by you and also you need to email or call us within 24 hours of receiving the garment, with your order ID, and someone from our team will contact you and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the RETH pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
