SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are ready to be shipped in the next 3-4 days from the date of receiving the order. In case an item is to "customised" or is "made to order", I will keep you updated on the shipping time for the same.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of the products, refunds are unacceptable on customized orders. However, I will gladly exchange damaged / defected products upon delivery, provided the reason is found to be poor packaging.
