INTRODUCTION
Artist Murthy S comes from a very humble background in fine arts. But his passion and love for painting took him to Mumbai where he worked under the well known artist Mr Riyas Komu. Under his able guidance, he was able to develop his skills as an artist and his unique style of painting with pens popularly known as stippling art. During his stint in Mumbai, he was also able to showcase his art in various national and international exhibitions. He returned to his hometown in TamilNadu after being in Mumbai for a few years and now works as an art teacher, balancing his time between teaching young art students and creating art.
