INTRODUCTION
Hi, we're Samaveta! The word à ¤¸à ¤®à ¤µà ¥‡à ¤¤ is a Sanskrit word which means ‘to come together’ or ‘closely connect with’. We are a team of two sisters who share a passion for all things handmade. Our dream is to live in a world where everyone breathes love, exhales prejudice, respects consent, accepts whimsical, encourages eccentric and wishes more than anything to live in coherence. And of course along with our furry and not so furry friends too. While we wish the hardest for the whole Earth to be such, we’ll start with a little world of our own. Here we craft the things we love, the ideas we believe in, the nostalgia almost forgotten, about books that make us feel home, characters that make us cry, lands that make us yearn, realities that demand notice, words that need repetition or something as plain and simple that makes us smile. We create these because this is what makes our hearts sing, our souls alive and our calling fulfilled. We craft our products using paper, wood, ceramic tiles, terracotta and stoneware. While we give inherent importance to handmade products, we also take to graphically creating and/or representing some of our designs.

We are a young home decor brand based in Bombay, showcasing authentic and unique handcrafted products that are customised especially for you . We have a whole range of products from lovely coasters to handbuilt stoneware tea/coffee mug, handmade terracotta tea light holders to desktop planters, woodburning nameboard to wall posters and much much more!
SHIPPING POLICY
1) All the products that are in stock shall be shipped to you with 7days. 2) To make sure you receive the products on time and in perfect condition, we make sure to use reputed courier companies for all our product deliveries.
REFUND POLICY
We always strive for customer satisfaction. 1) We shall offer returns on a product if it is either wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or it has reached you with a genuine defect or damage. 2) To return or exchange a wrongfully delivered product or one that is damaged in transit, please write back to us within 24 hours of delivery with your details and the image of the damaged/defected product. 3) Without proof of wrongful delivery or damage within the stipulated time frame, no exchanges/returns shall be made. 4) All our products are handmade by us in our own little studio. We try our best to make them look and feel the same, but as it often is with handcrafted products, you may find slight variations in them. Returns or exchanges on this account shall not accepted.

There may be natural blemishes/ distinctions that are not considered as product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade or handcrafted products. Please note that while we try to accurately display the colours, dimension and finishes of each product, what you see on any electronic screen will differ slightly from the actual product in natural surroundings.
