INTRODUCTION
Though being trained in the field of Accounts and finance, my imaginations always found its expression through colors and lines. Painting is a passion I am committed to from a very young age. My paintings are mostly figurative and try to narrate a story through its simple forms. Mythology, literature and folk lore always had a major influence on my work and my expressions found its form through them. I have started my journey as an artist professionally way back in 2001 and had my first solo in 2006. Since then have participated in numerous shows in various parts of India and abroad.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
I started trading my artworks since 2001 from a Craft Gallery in Swabhumi, Kolkata.
I had my first Group show in the year 2005 in Chemould Art Gallery, Kolkata.
My first solo Show was in Chemould Art Gallery, Kolkata in 2006. I had five more solo shows since then in Kolkata and one in New Delhi.
I had participated in a number of group shows in Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jallandhar, Bangalore and Bhopal etc. I had participated in a number of group shows abroad like in Chicago, Zurich, London, etc. Most recent group show abroad was in 2016, I had participated in a group show in Nehru Centre, London.

Artworks shall be shipped rolled via reputed courier services only, please do not accept the shipment if it appears damaged/tampered with on arrival.
REFUND POLICY
Images are closest representation of actual painting. However there could be minor variations between the image and the actual painting due to media limitation. I do not accept returns. In the rare event of receiving a defective/wrong artwork, please reach out to me with images, and I shall be happy to help.
