Hi! there, This is Chitra Shekhar. Am an Artist & Interior Designer, Founder of Sattva Arts. Creations.Designs. Am a Simple person who Loves Colors, Nature & Kindness. I Love making Simple and Intricate Designs. I have an inclination towards detailing. One can see the simplicity & Intricacy in the creations of Sattva. To sum up with, I have a strong belief in God, that's why i love making God in my Creations.

SHIPPING POLICY Shipment of the product will be done within 2-7 days. Your product will be shipped by reputed courier services only. You will be notified about the package tracking information via email as soon as your product is shipped
REFUND POLICY
REFUND POLICY Return Policy: - On Cancellation of Order, Amount will be refunded after deducting admin expenses. - Our Refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. - To complete your return, we need your order id Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
ADDITIONAL POLICY
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted: - Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. - Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery - Custom made items, made specifically for you, cannot be cancelled/returned. We welcome inquiries for bulk orders for festivals, wedding and corporate gifting. We can customize products for these occasions.
