ABOUT SHOP OWNER
A 22 year old electrical engineer, Sreelekha, found the spark of her life not amidst copper wires but in German silver, threads, loops and hoops. The journey of mixing colours, assembling patterns and creating eye-catching handcrafted jewellery started in 2015. The journey has been quite eventful with the love and appreciation of the valued customers which motivates us all the more. Shilpayan dreams to reach the esteemed niche of its kind and hope to get your love and support in the journey.
SHIPPING POLICY
The product will be packed & shipped through a reputed courier, within 3-5 days. Usually all shipments are delivered between 7-10 days. The time period will depend upon the addressee pin code and also availability for acceptance at the time of delivery.
REFUND POLICY
* No Refunds. * Exchange only if product is damaged in delivery process. All requests for return of product have to be placed within 24 hours from the date of delivery. * No return requests after 24 hours from delivery will be processed. All items must have the original tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. * Please note all the charges of returning the goods have to borne by the Buyer unless we have delivered a defective/wrong product .

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about any of my items. PLEASE READ CARREFULLY EACH PRODUCT DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING(SIZE, COLOR, MATERIALS AND CARE). We always try to take the pictures in natural light and we take more pictures from different view. So you can see every side of the jewelry and the color of the stones. Please note that the pc monitors can display colors differently! Note: * Keep your jewelry away from extreme temperatures, water, chemicals, perfume and moisturizer. * Store your jewelry away from direct sunlight. Also do not shower, bathe or swim while wearing. * Always keep your jewellery packed.
