You can choose to select from our range of designs and we will get the products manufactured and shipped within 10 days of receiving the order.

Shilpsutra is an ethnic indianwear focused designer brand for the divas, exclusively created by Shilpa Agarwalla, an alumnus from NIIFT,Delhi.
We aim to bring the latest and greatest designs and trends for you, customized to your size at an extremely affordable price point. Therefore, we largely work in a make-to-order model.
Our customers can choose to select from our range of designs and we will get the products manufactured and shipped within 10 days of receiving the order
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping in India! Safe and reliable courier companies like FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC and First Flight cater to all orders placed in India.
We will courier the products from our warehouse within 10 working days. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would inform you immediately in such cases.
The delivery time at your address is dependent on the location, distance and our logistics partners. It typically takes about 7 – 10 days after shipping (i.e. 17 – 20 days post order) for the products to be delivered in most metro locations.
Outlier Locations
Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we would contact you immediately and do our best to find an alternative solution to make your product reach you. REFUND POLICY
Given our products are made to order for you specifically, we can only allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.
We use standard US and EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size (please refer the size chart before ordering). In case you receive the wrong size (different vs. what you ordered) or wrong color (different vs. what you ordered), we would be glad to exchange the product with that of the same color and size as ordered Return will only be accepted on unworn, tagged and unused merchandise. Any such exchange is valid only within 48 hours of the delivery of your order as per the courier delivery date. For any such issues, please drop us an email with the order details (order no, amount) and a few pictures of the product.
Please note that you will need to courier the products for exchange through bluedart or DTDC courier at your own cost. This cost will be refunded to you later, in case our QC team finds that this is a genuine exchange request.
