My name is SMRITI BAKSHI and crafts is my passion. Each and every product has been exclusively handcrafted by me. Its always a delight to create something for a person after understanding what he/she is actually looking for . Its like decorating their dreams . Almost everything I do is customized and personalised as per your needs. You can simply buy these products, place corporate/bulk orders, or can have a single item or an entire range customized for yourself.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Hi ,I'm Smriti Bakshi, a full time mom and a home-maker . But have always wanted to do something and yet not step out of my home . But with my kids now 12 & 8 , the urge to do something only grew stronger . I have always been a creative person but with no formal training . Since my childhood days I always gifted handmade stuff to my friends. Well, it's funny but it almost took me 20yrs to realise that I could and should create a business out of it . So a year back I started SIMPLYKRAFTED. My brand , my work , my creativity and my happiness . So today I'm jack-of-all-trades and master of CRAFT. Each and every product is conceptualised designed and handcrafted by me. I'm surprised , amazed and overwhelmed with the response I've got .In the coming years I wish and hope that I can sustain what I've created and only grow with it .
SHIPPING POLICY
I send your order via courier. The delivery usually takes 3-7 working days. Unless the order is custom made or requires time to make. For custom orders, I take at least 7-10 days to make it and then courier ur product.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Please keep this in mind before placing an order.I work very hard on each and every piece and make sure it is packed really well. But sometimes, despite our best intentions, things may not work out. If for some reason you have doubts, please do not accept the package. And if after recieving a product there is a genuine defect please let me know within three days of receiving the package. I will make sure that it is taken care off and the problem is rectified. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Personalized/customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
