Welcome to my gift store. Here you will find all kind of cool stuff and unique products. If you are looking for handcrafted gifts for your loved ones, this is the right place!!!! People often ask me "Shirali, why do you choose to spend an inordinate amount of your time making this miniature food that you can never eat!!!" The answer is actually quite simple: because I love unique products, and I love making handcrafted gifts. Today, I combine my love of miniature food with my training as a fashion designer to create detailed, miniature food and novelty craft items which can be used!!!! I use polymer clay as a main medium to create cool product. I hope that my little handcrafted gifts will give you or your loved ones as much joy as it gave me creating it.... ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Hi, I am Shirali the artist behind the Small Idea gift store. Whimsical ideas, quirky designs, utilitarian products with a touch of humour and temptingly realistic miniature characterize my work. The realistic look of my product is imitated from original forms found in day to day life. My work is often imbued with minute and painstakingly applied details, food miniatures is my favourite recurring theme. I use real food as an inspiration to create realistic miniature in polymer clay which is then designed into a different unique gifts and products. These whimsical craft novelties makes very unique gifts whether its a gift for dad or a xmas presents. Having lived in Asia, Middle east and Africa, I draw inspiration from many cultural landscapes of my life-path.
SHIPPING POLICY
'Ready to ship items' are shipped in 2 to 3 days after the payment is received. Custom orders are usually ready within 1 week to 2 week to ship. Once the package is sent you will receive a convo from me with the tracker no of your parcel, and I ask you to inform me back when they arrive. If your package did not arrive in 15 working days , please contact me, so we can resolve the issue. I wont leave you hanging!! The products are wrapped with bubble wrap and put in a box or a padded envelope depending on its size.
REFUND POLICY
I want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchases. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me, and then send it back for exchange or repair. I will determine which is needed when I see the damage.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
I love custom orders and special items. You can pick your styles and colours through any convo here. Custom orders all vary in time it takes to complete them. When placing a custom order, please let me know when you need it by so I can do my best to accommodate you. All the items in my shop are of good quality and the description is as accurate as it is possible for the unique handmade items. As with any mixed media art and miniature items, please keep items away from direct heat, extreme moisture, and small children and pets...
