ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Having raised up in the beautiful landscape of Dehradoon, India, I have a natural fondness towards nature, mountains and stories from faraway lands.
My name is Apurva, I am the soul behind every thought and creation which you will be seeing on this page.
I love to explore nature, places, cultures to feed my creative energy and as I travel, I paint my thoughts/moments/memories on natural wooden logs, cotton canvas, paper, etc and later convert them into souvenirs which resonates with my tribe and to their own sense of uniqueness.
SHIPPING POLICY
“Nature is Vulnerable, so are we.†Hence, Every artwork is carefully hand-packed and it is made sure all the material/techniques used are easily bio-degradable and does not promote the usage of plastic. Every order is released within the mentioned time period, in case of any delay, you will be surely informed in advance through e-mail. Colours/shades may vary from monitor to monitor due to individual settings and specifications of each screen. Every effort is made to come as close as possible to actual colours in each item! You can send a query for further clarity anytime.
REFUND POLICY
Return of purchase is not possible. If you wish to cancel a purchase within 24 hours you can let us know through email/call. Should an item, received by you in a damaged or unacceptable state, contact within 48 hours of product delivery. Required action will be taken depending on the nature of the situation.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
CUSTOMIZATION- Every artwork is original.You can creative and choose writing your own text/ image or to ask for a different size. Custom orders may need extra time depending on the intricacy of the artwork. You can send a personal message if you need the artwork to be done for a specific occasion/ date.
