SHIPPING POLICY
* The product will be packed & shipped through a reputed courier, within 3-5 days. * Usually all shipments are delivered between 7-10 days. The time period will depend upon the addressee pin code and also availability for acceptance at the time of delivery. *If you have requested customization of a design, the time taken to ship will be informed separately.
REFUND POLICY
* No Exchange/Refunds. * Exchange/Refund only if product is damaged in delivery process. *In case product does not match the customer's expectations and they wish to return it, the shipping charges both to and fro need to be borne by the customer. The rights to accept such returns lies exclusively with the seller. *All requests for return of product have to be placed within 24 hours from the date of delivery. No return requests after 24 hours from delivery will be processed. *All items must have the original tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. *Please note all the charges of returning the goods have to borne by the Buyer unless we have delivered a defective/wrong product .
