SHIPPING POLICY
Once the order is received the packaging and shipment is done within 4-5 days and is expected to be delivered within 6-8 working days depending on geographical allocation.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the fragile nature of products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The product will be replaced in case of the damaged or incorrect product received by the client. To request return please email us with supporting pictures.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
- No Returns or Refunds will be applicable unless the product is damaged during shipping or incorrect product has been shipped. - All requests for the return of the product should be placed within 24 hours from the date of delivery. No return requests after 24 hours from delivery will be processed.
