As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations. Customers are requested to reach out to us before placing the order and we will notify you with the additional costs and possibility. Shipping costs for international orders are based on the cumulative weight of entire order. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 4-7 business in India, and international orders could take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on your location. Within a day after the product has been shipped, you will receive a mail with the tracking number. If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package.

Return and exchange policy We only provide exchanges if the item you received was faulty, defective, or different from what you have ordered. Please check the product as soon as you receive it, and mail call us in case of any issues. The House Of Ganges acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets. Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a period of one week, else The House Of Ganges will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to us and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end. We will try to repair or replace the product.
