ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Himani is an accomplished enamel artist and jewellery designer with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. Her passion for sculptural elements is evident in her body of work which has been recognized for its creativity, beauty and innovation.
After traveling the world and working with some of the best Italian jewellery designers, Himani draws inspiration from Indian mythology and culture, where she finds a unique understanding of the arts. Her design philosophy is to incorporate traditional Indian elements into her work while utilizing contemporary design techniques to create a captivating blend of old and new.
Himani’s work has been showcased in various exhibitions, and her jewellery designs have been recognized with several accolades over the years. Her love for Indian culture and its distinct stories is reflected in her designs, and she seeks to use her art to inspire people to embrace Indian mythology and its rich heritage.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. The jewellery would be dispatched within 5 working days, after the order is placed, and the delivery time would range between 2-5 days post dispatch, depending on which part of India one resides in. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & any other unavoidable circumstances. 2. For orders abroad, the jewellery would be dispatched in 12-14 working days and delivered within 12-14 working days post dispatch.This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances. 3. Custom charges, or govt. or duty charges on international orders shall be borne by the recipient upon delivery, depending on the country of residence. 4. The timelines for international shipments might tend to vary depending on the import fees and the orders are non-refundable. 5. Commercial invoices will be marked as Merchandise and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount.
REFUND POLICY
International Return/Exchange Policy : There is no refund or return or exchange available on international order. Domestic Orders: Within India, each purchase comes with a 15-day return policy and a warranty of one year which covers plating and repairs post our quality checks. In India, you can return the jewelry in exchange of store credit, and the same has to be applied for within 7 days of receiving the order. Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issuing the same. The same is not applicable on international orders. The returned item must be unused and in its original state and shape and packaging, with all tags intact. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
After Sale Care: The jewelry should be stored in a separate place, and cleaned and polished with a soft cloth. Avoid perfume, contact to chemicals, or exposure to moisture; excessive force or extreme temperature to maintain luster and polish. Silver has natural tendency to tarnish if exposed toexcessive moisture, heat, water or chemicals.
