ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Arts and creating beautiful crafts has always been a fascinating thing in my entire life. I love to paint and draw sketches and to do zentangle art. I also love photography and all my products from The MKnot studio are photographed by myself. After being so my in love with art, I come up with an another beautiful form of handcrafted art Macrame. Macrame is a art of creating beautiful patterns by hand knotting.
Starting off with The MKnot Studio, where I showcase my uniquely handcrafted macrame jewelry and accessories. I am based in Chennai.
SHIPPING POLICY
The product will be appropriately packed & shipped through a reputed courier, within 2- 5 days, depending upon the type of product ordered.
REFUND POLICY
We ensure that all shipments are packed securely. We request, you not to accept if the shipment appears damaged or if the package is open. No returns except in case of damaged product received. In case of any wrong/damage goods found, the buyer should contact within 24-48 hrs from the time of delivery along with the picture of the defective product. In case of exchange, customer will get the same product. In case if the same product is out of stock, you may have choose another piece from our available collection.
