SHIPPING POLICY
We at The Object Store know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Due to the nature of the products, it takes us 7 working days to ready your order. Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellations In the rare case that you do not like the product, you may cancel the order. Please note, we will NOT be able to process cancellation requests once the order is delivered. Return / Exchange In the unlikely event that your ordered product is damaged in transit, has manufacturing defects or you’ve received the wrong order, we would be happy to initiate a return and offer you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns under any other condition, due to the nature of our products and services. Please reach out to us at support@theobjectstore.in within 3 days of receipt of your order. Upon verification of the damaged product, the product could be replaced or a full refund can be provided to the customer as requested. After quality check, your refund will be processed.
