At Rainy Rainbow we believe in uniqueness and individuality and hence hand done embrioderies, laces and other emblishments find the way into our creations. We are passionate of what we do and create each garment with lots of love for lasting memories.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship goods within 8-10 days of placing the order. For customised goods we take 10-12 days. On customised orders we don't accept exchange or return
REFUND POLICY
We don’t offer any returns on orders as each and every piece is made and monitored with strict guidelines. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation. Please read below our return and exchange policies - Products that are eligible for Return in case of size change/damaged product. In case the size is not available then refund will be given. - Products can be returned within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Product should be unused and tags/labels etc should be intact. Product should not be soiled or damaged and will be sent back to the customer. • In case of damaged products or Size exchange please notify within three days of receipt
