SHIPPING POLICY
Our team works efficiently to offer great delivery experience. We ensure that the product is delivered to your doorstep within seven working days. There are no additional charges for the delivery and assembling of the product.
Once the order is booked and the same has been confirmed with you, we dispatch the respective order according to time decided as per your convenience. In case of change of plans you can let us know and we can re-set new delivery time as per your convenience. Once we reach your place, the delivery staff will unpack, assemble and place the furniture item in the room of your choice.
REFUND POLICY
We understand the agony of the situation and inconvenience you may have experienced. Please accept our sincere apology incase you have received a damaged product. We ensure at the time of dispatch that the product is delivered to our customer with all standard precautions for it though the damage can take place in the transit. If you have received a damaged product, please send us the photograph within 7 days of receipt with all the order details.
Our team will review the damages and will get in touch with you within 24 hours time. If we have same product available in the stock we will exchange it for you free of cost, we can offer you an alternative or else send you the part that has to be replaced depending upon the damage. We will share the tracking details with you once we dispatch your exchange.
