Tisser shares the mission of fighting poverty through livelihood generation in the rural artisan clusters. Through a supply chain of strongly connected 10000+ artisans through cluster development and harnessing cluster entrepreneurs. With presence in 18 states and 10000 Artisans/ SHGs. Tisser provides end to end support to the artisans. We are creating a base for skilled, sustainable rural employment, and preserving India’s traditional handicrafts in the process.

SHIPPING POLICY
Items are processed and ready for shipping within 7 business days after receiving the order. We try to deliver the products to you within 7-10 days after dispatch, within major metro city limits. However, the duration of the delivery can take up to 25 working days depending on your delivery location. The Tisser Rural Handicraft is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end-user is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
REFUND POLICY
We accept returns. Please reach out to us in case of any issue with the product within 3 working days and we will guide you with the further process. Make sure that the product to be returned is unused and has all the tags intact.
