SHIPPING POLICY
We are pretty sure that the biggest benefactors from the e-commerce boom are the courier companies. Judging by their charges, that is. Much was we would love to ship your products across to you without any additional charge, we have huge shipping bills to settle at the end of the month. For products worth above this we provde ‘Free Shipping’.
REFUND POLICY
Orders once delivered, cannot be returned for refund. We don’t believe art should be returned - only enjoyed or gifted!
ADDITIONAL POLICY
We are happy to Exchange your Ullu item with an identical replacement if there is a flaw, damage in transit or you just wish to exchange . Please retain the packing, invoice, tags and any shipping labels that came with the product. In order to process the Exchange you must contact us within 15 days of the receipt of your product by emailing the Invoice no. and product details with a description of the problem. As long as the case is deemed by us to be legitimate, we will revert with our approval to your exchange request 4 business days after receiving your email. Procedure for exchange for flawed/damaged item In the case of a flaw or damage to the item (Art Print, Framed Art, Books ), please take a picture and email it along with your request explaining the flaw or the cause of the damage. We will require 7 business days from our approval of your request to get the replacement item to you. You will not be charged for the shipping of the replacement item.
