Vchitraa Handmade Home and Garden Decor is an effort to take spread the art of Mosaic and Stain glass in Indian Household. I mainly work with ceramic tiles and stain glass pieces with an aim to create nature inspired home decor.

Vchitraa Handmade Home and Garden Decor is a small effort by the artist to spread good vibes and positivity through colour mosaics and stainglass creations. All items display are handmade with love and inspired by nature.
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 7 working days and shipped through registered parcel/ Gati. For customised orders, the schedule of execution and delivery will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer. Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
REFUND POLICY
You can return a product in the following two scenarios: 1. A product is damaged, possibly in transit. 2. Wrong product delivered. Please inspect the package as soon as you receive it. Please DO NOT accept damaged parcel and return it immediately to the courier service. Vchitraa will be responsible for the damage of the product once the parcel has been signed as RECEIVED at customer end.
