SHIPPING POLICY
Forward shipping of Vinusto products within India is free of charge unless so specified. Reverse shipping in case of returns or exchange of products is free of charge unless specified or mutually decided between the company and the customer. A nominal COD fee is charged on all orders where the collection is done at point delivery to offset the collection charges borne by the company, shipping however is free of charge. Shipping fee may apply to forward or reverse orders in case of returns/ exchange action done more than once, on a case-to-case basis, at the discretion of the company. Vinusto products are made on order and it takes 7 to 12 working days to dispatch & deliver the products. Vinusto has contracted some of the best third-party Logistics partners with a presence in India and abroad for reliable & safe shipping.
REFUND POLICY
Vinusto offers a return option to the customer against a one-time use store credit voucher/code valid for 3 months. This option is applicable if a style doesn’t suit the customer. The Customer should send the request for the return of a product against store credit within 24 hours of receiving the delivery by writing an email to us. The customer should mention the reason for the return. Vinusto will organize a pick-up of the product delivered to the customer. The customer should ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed and with original price tags and original packing intact. The collected product will go through a quality check and if it meets the quality standards, Store credit points/ Credit Codes will be issued to the customer, which can be used for purchase within 3 months from the date of return. If the return is not approved, and the product is found not eligible for return due to quality concerns, Vinusto will courier the product back to the customer.

Cancellation by Vinusto (Viraasat Ventures Pvt Ltd) Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
