For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, the customers are charged as quoted on the item page. Usually, your order will be delivered within 3-7 days after being dispatched. When order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation mail with tracking details. We ship the order within 24-48 hours of placing the order and confirmation of payment mode selected. We process all deliveries preferably through The Professional Couriers. If there is no service available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. If you need your parcel to be shipped by any other logistic company of your choice please reach out to us on mail or call.

If your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, or if you're simply not satisfied with what you've received, we would be happy to exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value. All products are covered under our 7-Day Return/Replacement Guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can inform us by mail or call within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return charges are payable by Vividh for domestic (India) shipments.
