SHIPPING POLICY
As a member of WAC Elite, you will earn 10% Cashback on all purchases made on the WorldArtCommunity platform. There is no minimum order value and the cashback amount is subject to the membership plan purchased by you on the WorldArtCommunity platform. The programme is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please note that WAC Elite's "Order Value" shall mean the value of the product being purchased and will not include shipping charges.
REFUND POLICY
Detailed Terms & Conditions are as follows - 1. Membership is non-transferable and is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. 2. Welcome Vouchers are 2 vouchers that entitle you to 25% Cashback on your purchases - with a maximum cap of 1,000 WCash per voucher. 3. Welcome Vouchers have a validity of 3 months from date of issuance. 4. Your WAC Elite Membership entitles you to 10% Cashback which will be credited to your WAC wallet, subject to a maximum wallet limit of 10,000 WCash 5. The WAC Elite programme may be updated or modified by WorldArtCommunity from time to time at our discretion. 6. WCash can not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 7. WCash shall be reversed in case of order cancellation, return or refund. 8. There is no limit on the number of times the discount can be availed of. 9. There is no minimum order value. 10. The WAC Wallet and its usage will be governed under WAC Wallet Terms and Conditions.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
