ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Zalak is an Indian born Designer who grew up in the vibrant streets of India, with an eye for creativity, an innate love for design, and a passion for hand-crafted clothes. After completing her Masters degree in Fashion and Design from the United Kingdom, she lived in key cities across Europe, UK and Asia, to understand the nuances of culture and people that influenced their couture and taste. After working with key designers across various countries, she finally launcher her brand “Zalakâ€, to reach out to women who looked for little more than their own freedom in the clothes they wore: smart, elegant, creative, serene yet confidant, sweet yet tough, contained yet adventurous, free and defined.
SHIPPING POLICY
All items shall be properly packed and shipped via reputed courier services only. Please do not accept the shipment if it appears damaged/tampered with.
REFUND POLICY
Returns can be made within 48 hours of receipt of the product only in case of major damage or defects, or if a wrong product has been shipped to you. Please reach out immediately on receipt, with images, to make any such claims. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged with their original packaging (labels, hang tags, plastic wrap) intact. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the item and completed our quality check.
