Zumaira deals purely in cotton based ethnic clothing keeping sustainability in mind, combined with the age old craft of hand block printing. Our garments offer a range of bright botanicals and supple fabrics with delicate trims and lacings . All the pieces are extremely skin friendly considering Indian weather and very strongly focus on comfort and ease of wearing.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
A young driven personnel running Zumaira since 2017 with a Post Graduate Degree in Fashion from Pearl Academy, India. I chose the fashion and e-commerce industry with an aim contemporarise an age old craft of block printing and helping artisan create a living. As an individual I've been forever inspired by my mother's wardrobe and her aesthetic for Indian wear and created a business model around my passion.
SHIPPING POLICY
We at ZUMAIRA we know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible. Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you with in 7-10 workings days, after it your order has been placed with us, however we try to deliver as soon as we can.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to love what you order, but if something isn’t right, let us know. All our products are carefully made to order with love for you and and thus we only provide alterations and exchange in case of size issues. All items are non-returnable, unless in case of a damage. You may exchange the product for a different size in case of any size issue. Need to Exchange – Few points to remember -The product should be unwashed and unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. -The exchange is valid within 5 days from the date on which these goods were delivered to you. -All sale items are unexchangeable and non-returnable.
