After 13 years of work experience in the Apparel Industry and having done a few CXO roles, it was time for me, Deepa Pant, to stop and think about my true calling! I found my answer in SVATANYA. Born with a belief - “If you want to bring a change, bring it through the women. Empower them and see the magic! Because, when a woman grows, her children grow, her family grows and so does the society.” In January 2013, SVATANYA started investing in training underprivileged women to create handcrafted products for Children and women. With a humble beginning of just two enthusiastic apprentices, SVATANYA today, has not only grown into a strong team of 40 skilled women but has also impacted more than 200 women from the slums of South Delhi. Our vision Create innovative products known for their design and quality handcrafted by underprivileged women trained to an enhanced skill set, leading to their financial independence.
