Before starting the label, Shrey was always inclined towards traditional crafts of the nation with a very minimal, understated an classy touch to the same. Each product designed under his label will reflect his love toward traditions and crafts and his touch of soberity and subtleness to them. Amalgam by Shrey Gulati launched in April 2007 with a sense of Natural Indian traditions imbibed in each piece of the clothing and lifestyle riches of line it presents. India has the richest culture in the world and we believe in honoring the cultural traditions by creating pieces of art which contributes back to the artisans who put in all the hard work and love they put into each product. Amalgam means “fine blend of things” and in our range we bring out a blend of sands of the soil and dance of the dunes to you in our entire palette of rich textiles and design sensibilities.
