Hema Kothari and Disha Bafna , the designer sister duo behind Kaia Designs, have been dabbling with different forms of design and craft since their teenage years. Hema Kothari a very busy homemaker and hands full mother partnered with her sister Disha Bafna ,an interior and space designer to start Kaia Designs home decor vertical .
Hema's husband an Indian Air Force Officer , got transferred regularly and every move of this sort , inspired her to decorate and redecorate each space differently.This curated out the designer in her as she made various things for herself as well as for near and dear ones. She has successfully installed many murals and wall art in the various Indian Air Force offices and units.
Disha Bafna, a seasoned interior and space designer had always faced a challenge to find interesting decor products to spruce up the spaces she designed. She thus resorted to custom making of several products for her projects and thus came the idea of space decor products as a full time venture.
We at Kaia Designs, strive to deliver products that are offbeat , quirky, fun and edgy with a utility quotient to it.
