Nijesh Mohan was born in Thrissur, Kerala in 1981. He is a self taught artist and has exhibited in Group shows at Coimbatore, Chennai, Mumbai and Bangalore. He is a keen observer of Nature and this reflects in his work. His uninhibited use of colour produces contemporary realities in surreal composition. His emotions are shaped by events that affect humankind on an individual or global level and these are the sources of his inspiration.
