Sunil’s works have found their place in numerous exhibits and have been featured in several solo shows. His foray into social media earned him widespread recognition and acceptance among fans and collectors. Sunil concentrated on watercolour painting and is an outstanding exponent of the medium. He is among the artists from India who excelled in this light sensitive and hard to rework medium. Sunil was one among the five from our country who were referred to in ‘ INTERNATIONAL WATER COLOUR ARTISTS’ a book published from America which featured 39 eminent artists from 32 different countries. He had the opportunity to take part in workshops and lead demonstration classes organised by Lalithakala Academy. Sunil has held regular one-man exhibitions of his work that portrayed modest views of rural life. In each work he expresses his love of spontaneity, shape, light and colour. The world class works done by him adore many galleries in India and abroad.
