Mrs. Sangeeta Sharma who hails from DELHI based in Nagpur is a self made lady having 20 years of experience in the ART WORLD.
She is the first woman entrepreneur who started the trend of having a Solo exhibition in Nagpur with pottery, murals artifacts, furniture and accessories.
She is the dynamic and vital force whose work speaks for it, as each piece is artistically painted of art adorn prestigious educational colleges, airport, cinemas, hotels, residences and offices in Nagpur.
Sangeeta Sharma , the artist has participated in all mega shows in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkatta, Bengaluru.
Her works adorn the most glamour’s people offices and homes in India.
Sangeeta Sharma did a paradigm shift 9 years back when she masterminded her own innovative “LEATHER LOOK or WOODEN LOOK ON CANVAS”. It created an iconic revolution in art exhibitions all over Nagpur and other cities as it had never been seen anywhere. She has designed not only paintings, but accessories like handbags, cushion covers, dining mats boxes and wedding cards too.

In 2008 Sangeeta Sharma took a break, she noticed with surprise and confusion in 2012 that new images of leather art started to flow from her imagination and transformed into “FRESCOS on canvas, wood, fiber glass, glass and on yx and walls. Painting frescos took a fairly tale power and splendor.
The creative aspect of the form expressed by geometrics, circles, triangles, squares, floral and unique shakes skin effects.
These look are stunningly used with acrylics, metallics, off whites whatever the theme demands.
Though this art is very difficult and painstaking, yet it comes naturally to her. Any detailing requested is personally done by her. The beauty of these frescos that it can be done on large expressive platforms, walls, furniture etc but also on small materials like handbags and boxes.
She continuously takes classes for beginners at Nagpur saying that “ART IS SOUL- STIRRING BLESSINGS OF GOD” and must be learnt by all.
Her recent works include contemporary abstract modern paintings on canvas which she creates spontaneously from my sub- conscious. She not only paints on canvas but also uses this texture art effectively on furniture like bars, cabinet ,coffee table, trunks, poufs and dining chairs. She feels privilege to be an artist and considers it a noble ministry. All pieces made by her are limited editions.
