The elements 'air-fire-water-earth and ether' change themselves as bubbles of air, means, breath is life - deep breathing is consciousness; and the senses, 'sight-smell-hearing-taste and touch' improve with chanting of Om. The mind is a process and our source of life is moving towards enlightenment.
