These pendants are inspired by century old vintage maps from the British era of 'Undivided India' where Bangladesh and Pakistan were a part of the Indian sub-continent.
Bangaladesh which was earlier East Bengal, got seperated from India during the partition of India and Pakistan in 1947.
It was then known as East Pakistan till 1971 when India helped gain It get its freedom from Pakistan and this was formed Bangaladesh, an independent country.
