ABOUT Anjana Manjusha Art
Manjusha is a line drawing art which uses sequential and scroll style of representation.
Typically, the motifs are from the “Bihula-Bishahari†folklore, i.e. plants of Champa, Snake
near leaves, five Bishahari sisters, merchant Chandrasaudagar etc. Nowadays, other
folklores are also painted in the same style like Lord Shiva, Ram-Sita etc. Borders are one of
the important aspects of this painting and majorly depict flora and fauna. Only three colors
are used for this style of painting, i.e. Pink, Yellow, Green. Currently, fabric colors are used
